We collect the prompts, files, research inputs, generated outputs, workflow metadata, billing-related activity, and general product usage required to operate the Platform.

We collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and service logs needed for security, performance, and troubleshooting.

5. Service Providers and Third Parties

We use trusted service providers to deliver the Platform, including:

Infrastructure and core platform

• Google Cloud Platform for infrastructure, storage, and databases
• Clerk for authentication and identity management
• Paddle as merchant of record and payment processor for subscriptions and purchases
• Vercel for frontend hosting and web analytics

AI model providers

• OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google for primary AI model inference
• OpenRouter and Cerebras for alternative model routing on selected tasks

Observability and diagnostics

• Sentry for error monitoring, diagnostics, and performance tracing
• Langfuse for AI call observability and cost tracking (receives prompts and model outputs)
• AgentOps for agent execution monitoring

Research and content retrieval

When you run an analysis, our research agents may query the following services on your behalf to gather publicly available information relevant to your request:

• Serper for web search
• Firecrawl, ScrapFly for structured web content extraction
• Exa, Brave Search, Perplexity for semantic search and content retrieval

6. Data Retention

We retain account and service data for as long as needed to provide the Platform, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable operational period, unless we are required to retain it by law.
